A wedding stylist will not only save you time by making sure you have a perfectly curated outfit for each occasion, but they also have connections with designers and retailers to access styles that might not even be on the racks yet. They have a keen eye for wedding trends, come and gone – Which is a skillset in itself unless you’ve been following designers religiously and know what’s “new” vs what’s “last season” in the world of wedding fashion.
So, what does a stylist do? They listen to your vision and understand your style and price point, and from there curate a range of looks for each event requested. Often this will begin with a mood board, and then funnel into a curated & clickable shop list. A higher end stylist will also offer in person styling options, where items will be shopped and pulled in your size in advance, and at it’s highest tier or service, a wedding stylist will be there on the morning of your wedding day to ensure every fashion detail is just right. This includes helping you get into & steaming the gown, laying out details, placing the veil, and offering that white glove service you see on screen.
