Named Wedding Professional of the Year at the Canadian Event Industry Awards in both 2018 and 2023, Julianne has spent more than 15 years planning and producing destination weddings across Canada, the U.S., Europe, Africa and beyond. With a background in floral design, certification from the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada, and a Bachelor of Commerce, she brings equal parts creative instinct, business acumen, and production expertise to her work.

Since founding Julianne Young Weddings in 2011, Julianne has intentionally shaped the company into a highly personal, boutique planning experience. She personally leads every wedding the studio accepts, remaining deeply involved from the earliest conversations through design, planning, production, and the final moments of the wedding weekend. Her approach is candid, collaborative, and deeply attentive — giving her clients the confidence to enjoy the process and be fully present when the celebration arrives.
