The weekend balanced natural beauty of the Fall season in Lake Louise with refined design, creating a seamless progression from cozy lakeside moments to a high-energy after-party that carried on well into the night.

The Welcome Party

The celebration began with a relaxed lakeside welcome party on the shore of Lake Louise. As the sun dipped behind the mountains, guests gathered around fire pits, roasting s’mores beneath soft string lights and taking in the scenery at golden hour. The evening set the tone for the weekend — warm, inviting, and intentionally unhurried — allowing guests to connect with one another and the destination from the very first night.

The Wedding Day

Jackie and Alan were married on a crisp fall day with perfect mountain weather. The ceremony took place outdoors on the newly unveiled terrace at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, overlooking the lake in full autumn colour. Lush floral installations framed the space, blending organic textures with an elevated design sensibility that felt both romantic and refined. Following the ceremony, guests transitioned seamlessly into an outdoor cocktail hour, where we designed a series of custom lawn games — including bespoke cornhole, oversized Jenga, and darts — encouraging movement, interaction, and a sense of play against the breathtaking alpine setting.

The Reception

The evening continued inside the Victoria Ballroom, where the design drew inspiration from the surrounding landscape. Natural tones, layered florals, and thoughtful lighting brought the essence of the outdoors inside, creating a space that felt warm, cohesive, and intentionally styled for an intimate dinner experience. Every detail was considered to ensure the transition from day to evening felt effortless and fluid.

The After Party

After dinner, the celebration shifted gears with a high-energy after-party inspired by a Nouveau Disco theme. A custom drink wall set the stage, while a live saxophone player elevated the atmosphere and kept the energy high well into the early hours. The after-party was designed as a true finale — unexpected, stylish, and unforgettable — closing the weekend on a vibrant, celebratory note.
