Planning a tented wedding for 200 guests in just three months? That’s exactly the kind of challenge we thrive on.

Kailey and Kyle’s celebration was nothing short of spectacular. Set at a private residence, their fall wedding featured a heartfelt outdoor ceremony and a lively tented reception brimming with joy and energy. Thoughtful touches like signature cocktails, live music, exquisite cocktails, refined dining, and a packed dance floor brought their vision to life, making it a day to remember.

Preparations

The morning was filled with excitement and joy as the bride stepped into her gorgeous lace gown, surrounded by special details like heirloom jewelry and a monogram that payed homage to the families love of the equine world. Her bridesmaids, dressed in soft blush gowns, shared the sweetest reactions during the big dress reveal on a sunlit terrace with stunning mountain views.

Ceremony

The ceremony was absolutely dreamy, set under a perfect autumn sky with mountains and greenery all around. Guests sat on chiavari chairs lining a crisp white aisle framed by the prettiest blush and ivory florals. At the end of the aisle, a floral arch created the sweetest spot for the couple to exchange vows. It was heartfelt and straight out of a fairytale.

Cocktails with a View

Kailey’s Sangria and Kyle’s Margarita stole the show at the couple’s outdoor cocktail hour, perfectly paired with passed canapés that guests enjoyed while taking in the stunning foothill views. Cozy lounge spaces with chic white furniture and lush florals invited everyone to relax and mingle under the glow of the setting sun. Meanwhile, the couple snuck away for portraits in the soft, golden light.

Reception Details

The reception design brought the outdoors in, giving the clear tent a fresh and vibrant energy. Wooden tables added a natural, grounding element, beautifully complemented by overflowing arrangements of blush and ivory florals. Boucle white chairs and slight gold accents elevated the look, while custom-built bars and an intricate cake to complement the bride's lace dress tied everything together.

Reception

The reception was full of joy, starting with heartfelt toasts and a delicious dinner that had everyone raving. As the evening progressed, the dance floor came alive under glowing chandeliers and colourful lights. A charming tequila bar and late-night bites kept the energy high, making it a celebration guests won’t soon forget.

This wedding was a tremendous display of team work, and we are completely blown away at the dedication it took from each and every event partner involved. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
