From mountain top welcome parties to dramatic ballroom transformations, Kaitlyn & Marco’s wedding weekend was designed with one essential focus: creating a high touch, elevated experience for their guests. Every detail was carefully curated to create an atmosphere that felt both intimate and vibrant, where warmth and joy were at the heart of the celebration. The result was an experience that left a lasting impression, filled with unforgettable moments and memories to treasure.

Canada Themed Welcome Party

Kaitlyn & Marco began their wedding weekend on a mountaintop with their guests, enjoying Caesars as the sun set and a live band played their favorite country tunes in the background. It was the perfect way to set the tone for the weekend—laid-back, fun, and full of good vibes.

Preparations

The striking skyline of Rundle Mountain was featured on the invitation suite, giving a nod to the breathtaking views from every guest room at The Rimrock. Kaitlyn & Marco chose the Infinity Terrace for their first look and getting ready, setting the stage for a stunning start to the day.

Ceremony

On a beautiful fall day in Banff, the ceremony took place on the Terrace, with wishbone wood chairs and a vibrant mix of florals in rich autumn hues. The couple’s grandmothers embraced the role of flower girls, bringing smiles and laughter to guests before the heartfelt ceremony began.

Cocktail Hour

After the ceremony, guests gathered on the nearby terrace to sip on signature drinks named in honour of the couple’s beloved pet, and featuring a custom monogrammed ice cube. A jazz trio set the mood with smooth tunes as everyone mingled and soaked up the sunshine.

Reception

The reception was filled with an energy that could barely be contained within the ballroom walls—an unforgettable celebration. Standout details included custom drapery that gave the space a refined touch, while overhead greenery and a disco ball installation set the perfect vibe for the lively dance floor, especially when the groom took the stage with the band.
