A long-awaited wedding inspired by music & nature

This sweet Chicago based couple outlasted two postponed wedding dates and a pandemic to celebrate their beautiful wedding in Lake Louise. Guests began the weekend with a welcome party inspired by music & nature, while their wedding day treated them to pristine lake views, elegant decor in the Victoria Ballroom, and a lounge style afterparty that had everyone on the dance floor till the early hours.

Preparations

Mornings in Lake Louise are always special & serene. This gentle morning though, nearby hikers might've heard the pop of champagne from the 8th floor Belvedere suite balcony as 7 groomsmen test out their new personalized sabres; A gift from Ben.

Our wedding was gorgeous and worth the wait. There were so many personal touches, Julianne was able to capture our vision to perfection.

Ceremony

In a heartfelt ceremony officiated by Rev Bryan Beveridge, the couple exchanged vows in front of their guests while a string trio serenaded the occasion.

Deciding to work with Julianne was the best decision we could have made.  From our first consultation, it was evident why Julianne Young Weddings is so highly recommended. The process was so organized and detail oriented, we immediately knew we were in good hands.

Reception

The Victoria Ballroom was brimming with florals and elegant decor, just as the couple had envisioned. The ballroom was kept bright and airy while guests enjoyed fine cuisine. Following the dinner, they were led to an afterparty space in Mt Temple Ballroom, with a festive mood and live music.
