Together, they brought boundless creativity and enthusiasm to crafting an unforgettable experience.

Hotel Casa Del Mar, a historic beachfront gem, was the perfect setting for Robert and Ryan’s wedding vision. Imagine a five-star dining experience, the warm glow of candlelight, and close friends coming together to celebrate two of their favourite people at an elegant yet effortless black-tie affair. Tall palm fronds swayed gracefully among crystal chandeliers, complemented by a bold, vibrant palette—a flawless balance of luxury and comfort.

Rehearsal Dinner

To kick off the wedding weekend, Ryan and Rob held an intimate rehearsal dinner with their closest friends & family. We opted for a bright & playful palette to complement the weekend festivities, while bringing an airy lightness to the space.

If I had to pick one word to sum of the last week it would have to be perfection. Everything from the smallest of details to the venue spaces were flawless.

Welcome Party

With the beautiful Santa Monica sunset behind them, guests enjoyed a welcome party al fresco style on the Pacific Terrace. With the elegant & gentle notes of a jazz trio in the background, guest mingled during golden hour while enjoying a delightful raw bar and passed canapes.

Preparations

On a clear day with a view of the Pacific Ocean from their ready rooms, the couple and their entourage enjoyed a quiet morning while the finer details were being brought to life.

Ceremony

Held in the Conservatory space at Hotel Casa Del Mar, the couple was wed by a close family friend in an intimate setting adorned with lush greenery and a lighter palette. The processional song was lovingly composed by Robert himself and played by a pianist during the ceremony.

To say thank you wouldn’t even begin to cover how grateful we are. It was spectacular in every way! I genuinely wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Cocktails

As the evening continued, guests took to the Foyer space where elaborate florals, unique lounge furniture and a deeper palette enhanced their experience. Trays of the couples signature drinks were served as guests entered and found their names on a seating chart that brought a cohesive look from the invitation suite.

Reception

Rob & Ryan had a vision for their wedding reception; Old Hollywood Regency meets French Rococo. This space was the final crescendo of their night, with more ornate pieces & elevated florals that swept guests away. The night began with a big band style lively music set which had everyone on the dance floor early, starting the night off with a bang. The four course dinner to follow was beautifully executed alongside heartfelt speeches that didn't leave a dry eye in the room. Following the band, a DJ kept the night going until the early hours.
