We discovered Julianne Young through internet searches for Calgary wedding planners. We met with 2 other planners before meeting Julianne.

We selected Julianne for the following reasons:
1. She displayed an incredibly bright, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
2. She had ideas even in our meet and greet consult meeting
3. Her overall package was an excellent value compared to the other planners. The other planners were more expensive, did not display the same enthusiasm (one put our meeting off twice),and were not as approachable or friendly.
Right from the get-go we were thankful to have her in our preliminary planning. She helped us craft a budget that we would not have been informed enough to create. She helped us spend money where it would have the greatest effect (e.g. Lighting!!!) and to spend it on the most fantastic suppliers.

She helped us to create our theme and feel for the day, and the end product was dazzling and beyond our expectations, all while fitting into the budget.

Julianne also assisted us outside of her contract scope, just of her own time to ensure that we had everything we needed for a family barbeque we had the day before the wedding.

Overall, we would without hesitation recommend Julianne to anyone and everyone to help plan a wedding. We were blown away by the experience and look of our day; it was everything we wanted and more.

It was 100% stress free as she did all the legwork and organizing, while always keeping us up to date and aware of the planning progress. She gave us options for everything and always responded to our changes or ideas and came up with solutions that fit those ideas.

I would not have so thoroughly enjoyed our wedding experience without Julianne’s help.

Julianne was such a pleasure to work with. We felt completely safe placing all of the many, many tasks of our big day in her hands. On the day of the wedding we were able to really just stand back and enjoy our day to the fullest knowing that Julianne had everything under control! It was definitely money well spent, because you cannot put a price on stress relief leading up to the big day! There were many times in the month…
